The site of GCH’s newest homes was previously a disused block of garages that was a known locally for being a fly-tipping hotspot and an area of anti-social behaviour issues.
Now the new development consists of 3 properties, two family homes and a bungalow with level access throughout. The properties also benefit from their own allocated parking complete an EV charging station. The new homes were built by Lane Britton Jenkins and have an EPC rating of B, highly efficient gas boilers, plenty of storage and gardens complete with sheds and rotary washing lines.
The new homes have been allocated under a local lettings plan agreed with the council which has given priority to residents with a local connection to the Matson ward of Gloucester.

GCH has now delivered 394 new affordable homes around the City since 2015 and have plans to complete a further 74 homes by July 2022 to help with the high demand for affordable housing within the County.
