Appeal for information after transit van is stolen from work site in Gloucester by | Gloucester News Centre - http://gloucesternewscentre.co.uk/Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a van was stolen from a site in Gloucester this afternoon.
Officers were called to Hempsted Lane in the city shortly after 4.05pm as a member of the public reported seeing two men acting suspiciously within a works site.
It was then stated that the men stole a white transit van and then reversed rammed it into a gate to make their escape.
The transit van, which now has extensive rear end damage and possible side damage, was driven towards Quedgeley.
Investigating officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this happening, has dashcam/CCTV footage or who has seen a damaged van being driven.
