Police are seeking help from the public in identifying three men they would like to speak to in connection with an assault in Gloucester.

The incident happened on Eastgate Street, close to Club Urban, at around 3.30am on Sunday 5 March.

A man in his 20s, from the city, was left with cuts and bruises after being assaulted outside of the nightclub. He was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for treatment.

Officers would now like to trace the three men pictured in CCTV images in connection with the assault.

It is understood that the men worked at Club Urban, which closed later in March, and police are hoping somebody will recognise them. It is believed that the men may be from the Birmingham area.

Anyone with information or who can identify the men is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary online, quoting incident 72 of 5 March: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/us/a-crime-that-has-already-been-reported/
