Based at 99 Westgate St, Gloucester GL1 2PG.
Set in a 5oo-year-old Tudor Timber Framed building, the Gloucester Life Museum (previously known as folk) is most certainly worth a visit, being one of the oldest established museums dedicated to the social history of Gloucester.
Within, the building itself is much larger than expected with a labyrinth of mystery waiting to be discovered by all ages. It features a beautiful cottage garden towards the rear which also boasts as wondrous of a view.
Coffee shop serves wonderful cakes and savouries where you can sit in or take out to the secluded courtyard.
