Christmas Lantern Procession

Ring in the festive cheer with Gloucester’s stunning annual Lantern Procession. Local artists and schoolchildren have been working on a series of giant lanterns based on this year’s theme: ‘The Snow Queen’.
The parade travels along Southgate Street, Westgate Street and College Street with the city’s Christmas lights illuminating as it passes underneath. It is followed by a free carol concert at Gloucester Cathedral.
