Run by Gloucester City Council and funded by Historic England, Cathedral Quarter is breathing new life into Westgate Street by restoring historic buildings and bringing empty properties back into use. Gloucester Council’s HSHAZ team approached the Bright Nights to develop Windows Though Time through time to illuminate architectural features on Westgate Street buildings.
