Gloucester’s vibrant Cathedral Quarter is set to host its much-anticipated Pop-Up Market this month, bringing together local artisans and crafters. This event offers residents and visitors an opportunity to explore unique, handcrafted products while supporting the city’s thriving creative community.
Starring at this month’s market we have local makers and creatives Boop Yarns, who offer an exquisite selection of hand-dyed yarns, perfect for knitting and crochet enthusiasts and Mindful Pottery with Jonathan who showcases beautifully crafted ceramics that blend functionality with artistic expression. Spaces for the Saturday and Sunday are still available.
In addition to shopping, the market will feature a dedicated space for knitters and crafters to gather, share techniques, and enjoy their crafts in a communal setting. This initiative aims to foster a sense of community and provide a relaxing environment for creative expression.
The Cathedral Quarter Pop-Up Market is hoping to add to the city’s offering; it’s an experience that celebrates Gloucester’s rich heritage and the talents of its local artisans. Visitors can immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere, discover unique products, and connect with the makers behind them.
This event is organised in collaboration with Gloucester Business Improvement District (BID), reflecting a shared commitment to enhancing the city’s cultural landscape and supporting local enterprises.
