The first unit at the Gloucester Food Dock is expected to open next month.
The Hop Kettle Brewery Tap Room will be the first to open at Back Badge Square in October. The company was founded by Tom Gee near Cricklade.
The brewery currently has two bars in Swindon and one in Cirencester.
Ladybellegate Estates’ began work on £3.5 million development in Gloucester Docks in September 2021.
Under the plans, 12 independent food-court style units will be built with the creation of 75 jobs.
