Four people were arrested in Gloucester yesterday (Wednesday) in connection with a drugs supply investigation.
Thousands of pounds in cash was seized, as well as what is believed to be around £2,000 worth of heroin and crack cocaine.
The arrests of the four people, two men and two women aged between 18 and 30s, follows an investigation by the Gloucester and Forest of Dean Vanguard Team – a specialist team of officers dedicated to tackling the crimes which cause the most harm in our communities.
Two addresses were searched and the strike phase of the operation was also supported by the Gloucester Neighbourhood Policing Team and officers from other local policing area Vanguard teams.
The four people who were arrested on suspicion of drugs supply remain in police custody today, Thursday 8 December.
