Eastgate, Gloucester’s popular city centre shopping destination will be a focal point this winter for the launch of the city’s NEW Community Awards!
The Community Awards have been developed to recognize and reward inspiring individuals who have made positive contributions to the life of the city and its citizens throughout the last challenging 12 months.
The people of Gloucester will have an opportunity in the lead up to Christmas to nominate individuals in the following 5 categories:
▪ Inspirational Young Person (under 12)
▪ Inspirational Adult
▪ Inspirational Family
▪ Community Champion
▪ City Centre Business of the year

Prize winners in each category will receive an amazing prize of £500 in Gloucester
Gift Cards at an Awards Ceremony to take place at Eastgate on Saturday 18th
December.
Award entries will open on the 1st November until nominations close on 21st November.
Internal judging will take place from the 22nd – 28th November to short-list the nominations.
Public voting will take place from the 29th of November to 12th December.
Lucky winners will be notified from the 13th of December.
The Awards will be presented at Eastgate on Saturday the 18th of December.
