This week, the family owned and run jeweller, F.Hinds in Gloucester revealed its new look store following a refurbishment.

The store, at 1 The Forum, Eastgate Centre, originally opened in 1993 and has since been a part of the local community for nearly 30 years. The new look Gloucester store refit features modernisation to match the current F.Hinds branding and new seated area for serving customers.

Louise Davies, store manager at F.Hinds Gloucester said; “We are so excited to have had our store modernised. We have withstood so many trials over the past few years, and with other jewellers sadly leaving the town, this highlights the strength of our company and shows our solid foundation here in Gloucester.” She continued, “I would like to thank all of the staff for their hard work throughout our refit, and we are excited to be showing our customers our upgraded store”

The store will continue to provide a full range of services including Gold for Cash, jewellery design, remodelling and repairs, watch servicing and battery replacements, insurance and more.

F.Hinds has been around since 1856, having survived two World Wars and numerous financial crashes over its 166-year history.

F.Hinds employs over 1,000 staff across 128 stores in the UK, including its Chapelle branded stores. The independent business was also named Multiple Fashion Jewellery Retail of the Year 21/22 at the Professional Jeweller awards. This title recognises high-performing retailers who trade in fashion and lifestyle jewellery brands priced at under £1000.

F.Hinds employs over 1,000 staff across 115 stores in the UK, including its Chapelle branded stores.
