BAKED, Worcester Street
BAKED was born in 2020 after facing redundancy. I had always had a passion for baking and thought why not give it go!? SO glad I did!
3 years later I run my own brownie and blondie on Worcester Street in Gloucester, I have met so many lovely customers, business is growing and it’s nice to make my own rules. My customers say they love the feel of the shop and the branding, and it was all created from my vision! I’m so grateful to take my time interacting with people of Gloucestershire and building rapport that keeps them coming back and buying my product. It makes all the hard work so worthwhile. I also now have a mirror of fame, where I photograph my regulars eating their brownie and it’s nice for them as they realise how much of an impact they make to a small business.
